Inside GCPD, Deathstroke, The Joker and Catwoman attempt to make their escape when Batman arrives. The real Joker explains how the plan was made and enacted. It turns out this was The Riddler’s plan all along. The Joker at GCPD is actually Clayface and The Riddler has literally been kept on ice by The Joker.
